If you decide once you have received your wig or topper that it is not right for you, you can return it along as it is still in a saleable condition. We will deduct 10% from the refund to cover website fees and re preparation of the product for a future customer. When we refund an order, we still loose the website fees from the original transaction. We send every item out with lots of love and care. A great deal of time is spent preparing and styling for you to try on at home and we are very grateful for your understanding that if you do not wish to keep it we will then have to re prepare the wig/topper to our very high standard for the next customer. If you make adjustments to length colour cut or lace you will not be able to return the wig. Once the lace is cutted at the front this means you are completely happy with keeping the wig. If the wig has makeup on the lace we will not accept the return and send the wig back to you. If you are returning the wig/topper purchased you must notify us and return it within 14 days of receiving it. We will have a record of the day you received it from our tracked and signed for delivery. Once the wig has been inspected and everything is looking good your refund will then be processed. This can take up to 5 working days. You must return the wig via special delivery tracked signed and insured for the correct amount incase it gets lost in the post. You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We cannot be held responsible to refund your order if we haven't received the item back and there is no proof of tracking. Generally speaking, natural dark wigs will last much longer than the blonde wigs.

However, for some colors like color 6# or lighter colors, you should test a few strands at the nape of your neck first to see if the color is okay. Dyeing human hair wigs should only be done by a professional.

Our best tip, go SLOW! Remember, you can always cut more off, but you can't put more back on. We recommend you use a small pair of scissors to cut your lace for precision and accuracy. 1. Begin by using some clips and clipping all the hair away from the lace. This prevents you from accidentally cutting any hair. 2. Slowly trim around the hairline, starting at one ear and finishing at the other. 3. Aim to leave about 1/4 - 1/2 inch of lace beyond the hairline. If you cut directly to the hairline, you may find you have issues with the lace sitting flat against your forehead. 4. Once you've made your cuts, try the wig on and see how it looks. From there, you can choose to cut more if necessary.
